Terms of Service
Elanvo is a software product operated by Aervio.
1. Introduction
These Terms govern use of Elanvo, including the panel at panel.elanvo.app, the public site at elanvo.app, websites published on Elanvo Website Edge, and related APIs. They apply to the business that opens a workspace and to the people that business authorizes. They do not make Elanvo a party to that business’s sales to its own customers.
2. Agreement
By creating an account or using Elanvo, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you use Elanvo for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. About Elanvo
Elanvo is a software product operated by Aervio. “Elanvo”, “we”, and “us” mean that product and its operator. A registered legal name, corporation number, and street address are not published on this page. The name you may see on a bank statement for an Elanvo subscription can read AERVIO.IO.
4. Eligibility
Elanvo is a business product. It is not directed to children. You may create an account only if you can form a binding agreement for yourself or for the business you represent under the law that applies to you.
5. Accounts, workspaces, and security
A workspace belongs to one business. The owner and administrators control who may enter it and what those people may do. Billing roles can work with invoices and payment records. They cannot connect or disconnect a payment provider. You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information, for keeping credentials confidential, and for activity under your accounts. Tell us at hello@aervio.io if you believe an account has been compromised.
6. Services, previews, websites, forms, and automations
Elanvo provides software for websites, contacts, forms, marketing activity, analytics, SEO, automations, invoicing, and related operations. Features marked coming soon, including AI generation, are not part of the service until they are enabled. Hosting of a published site is limited by the plan and by operational capacity. It is not an unlimited resource.
You remain responsible for the configuration of automations, the people they contact, the consent those messages require, and the business consequences of sending them. Automations can fail or send something you did not intend. Review them before you rely on them.
If an AI feature is later enabled, you remain responsible for reviewing its output before you use it. Nothing in these Terms advertises an AI feature as available today.
7. Customer content, CRM data, and published sites
You keep your rights in the content and records you put into Elanvo. That includes leads, contacts, form submissions, website copy, invoices, and notes about your own customers. Elanvo does not claim ownership of that material. You give Elanvo permission to host, display, and process it only to provide, secure, and support the service.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions that your content and your customer data require. A site you publish may need its own privacy notice for its visitors. Elanvo may remove or suspend content, a site, or an account where that is needed for security, abuse, law, or a provider requirement.
8. Stripe, invoices, manual payments, taxes, and your customers
There are two different payment relationships. Your business may pay Aervio for an Elanvo subscription. Separately, your business may record or, when the product allows it, collect money from your own customers. Elanvo is the software. Your customer is not buying your goods or services from Elanvo.
Online card processing, when it is offered, is provided by Stripe through a connected account that belongs to your business. In that arrangement your business owns the customer relationship and the connected account owns the payment. Elanvo provides the software that starts and records the process. Stripe may require identity and business verification, may refuse or later restrict an account, and may apply its own terms. Elanvo does not promise that Stripe will approve an account. Availability depends on country, currency, business category, and the state of the account. Canada and the United States are the countries the product currently offers for this setup. Card numbers entered on a Stripe-hosted page are collected by Stripe. Elanvo is not the place where those card numbers are stored.
Online collection from your customers is not available in every workspace. A payment link or a public invoice can exist while card processing is still closed. Sharing that link does not itself charge a card. Do not describe Elanvo as accepting your customers’ cards unless the product has enabled that function for your workspace.
A manual or offline payment recorded in Elanvo does not move money. You are responsible for confirming that the funds were actually received outside Elanvo before you treat the invoice as paid.
You are responsible for your goods and services, your prices, your promises, refunds, cancellations, delivery, warranties, invoices, marketing consent, customer support, and compliance with laws that apply to your business. Elanvo does not decide those obligations for you.
Tax on your customer invoices is a snapshot of rates you configure. Elanvo does not calculate, file, or remit GST, QST, HST, or any other tax for you, and it does not give tax advice. Tax on an Elanvo subscription, if any is charged, is separate and is handled in the subscription checkout, not on your customer invoices.
Refunds to your customers, chargebacks, and disputes about what you sold are your responsibility. Recording a refund in Elanvo does not by itself return money unless a payment provider actually processes that return, and that processing is not available while online payments are closed.
9. Elanvo subscription billing
Paid Elanvo plans are currently Free, Starter, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise. Prices are shown in the product and may change with notice. Enterprise has no public price. A subscription is for Elanvo itself. It is not a payment from your customer.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Where the product offers it, you can resume before that period ends. Plan changes follow the timing shown in the product at the time you make them. Elanvo does not promise a free trial unless a trial is actually offered to you. Access during a payment problem is limited to what the product provides and is not a promise of continued paid service.
Some workspaces may have promotional, legacy, grandfathered, or custom access. Those arrangements are specific to the workspace. They are not a public plan.
10. Acceptable use
Do not use Elanvo for unlawful activity, fraud, phishing, malware, unauthorized access, spam, abuse, infringement, deceptive impersonation, interference with the service, or illegal goods or services. Do not misuse payment tools or attempt to obtain another workspace’s data. Elanvo does not promise to monitor every action. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms, the security of the service, or the law requires it.
11. Intellectual property, privacy, availability, and liability
Elanvo, its software, and its branding remain the property of the operator or its licensors. Feedback you give may be used to improve the product without an obligation to pay you. Third-party services, including Stripe and services you choose to connect, are governed by their own terms. Elanvo is not responsible for those services failing.
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. The service is provided on an available basis. Maintenance, failures, and provider outages can interrupt it. We do not promise uninterrupted operation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Elanvo and Aervio are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for your products, your customer promises, or your taxes. These Terms do not exclude liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, and they do not set a dollar cap. You will be responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for claims that arise from your content, your products, your customer relationships, or your unlawful use of the service.
These Terms do not select a court or a governing law. A selection will be published only after the operator confirms it. This does not remove rights that the law already gives you.
We may change the service and these Terms. If we change these Terms in a material way, we will update the date on this page. Continued use after the update applies the new Terms, except where the law requires a more specific form of notice or acceptance. We do not promise to keep your data forever. Retention and deletion follow the product, our backups, and legal, accounting, and security duties. There is no published promise of a fixed number of days.
